Individual Therapy

Who we serve: Individual Counseling is available for older teens (17+), young adults and adults of all ages. 

When to apply: “Feeling stuck” is distressing, but often a threshold for new healing and growth.

Whether low self-esteem, depression/anxiety, intrusive images/ ruminations from the past, or a challenging relationship(s) has you feeling disconnected or disempowered to create or sustain the fulfilled life you wish, you are not alone. 

What you’ll get: Journeying together, I”ll collaborate with you  utilizing various evidence-based approaches, such as emotionally focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR and brainspotting, and internal family systems. 

Group Therapy

Since we are “better together,” Elizabeth offers periodic support group experiences to facilitate and deepen learning new skills in a healing relational, communal environment. Recurring groups include: “Finding Refuge: Mindfulness Practices that facilitate healing” “You’re not ‘too much’:” Understanding the Effects of Trauma and How to Heal;’ “We Can do Hard Things” Sustaining Relationships with Ourselves and Others,” “I’m Not Ok;”How to Navigate Grief”
